JTDX FT4, FT8, T10, JT65 and JT9 with no contest modes


 

 

JTDX 2.2.156,  29th April 2021, for evaluation and on air testing, this version has no contest function.

When applying for membership please include your callsign in the name or signature

Please read and make yourself familiar with the change logs and instructions before testing any new features.
If you are comfo
rtable using step software please report any issues found in the group.
If you are not comfortable using step software for trial, testing please do not install and continue to use existing release version please.
Please carry out a clean install, see guides, JTDXT10 YouTube, this preserves your installed version as these steps are for testing and evaluation.
If you experience any issues please carry out a new, clean install using a unique rig name for the clean install, please do not delete your old version, backup your log and other files relevant to JTDX and assign a “unique rig name to this installation”

 

JTDX 2.2.156-corrected (18.05.21)

 - restore 0.1s delay after ptt off. This patch fixes failure to set VFO A back to RX frequency after end of transmission in 'Split: Fake It' configuration

Audio over TCI can be optionally enabled if CAT over TCI is selected.
JTDX v156 supports connection to ExpertSDR2 x64 v.1.3.1 Update8 software.
- write TCI TX stream into .wav file if debug to file option is enabled
- patch to prevent adding previous QSO distance into comments
- store/restore TX audio level if band is changed from rig
- any /P callsign shall be searched through cty.dat for country name/prefix exception
- crossband 160m operation with Japan option is set to OFF by default

- Hound mode control is reworked: in common FT8 bands it is fully compatible with MSHV multianswering option, on the special DXpedition frequencies is compliant to WSJT-X DXpedition protocol with automatic frequency control.
Transmission below 1000 Hz while calling DX on the special DXpedition frequencies is forbidden if frequency control is active.
